Phil McCall

Phil McCall is a Managing Director of Crist|Kolder Associates. His focus is on the execution of searches across all functional disciplines, with emphasis on General Management, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain engagements. His industry expertise includes clients in the Industrial, Consumer Products, Retail, and Healthcare sectors.

Prior to joining Crist|Kolder in 2004, Phil was an Associate with Egon Zehnder International. As a member of the firm's North American Industrial Practice Group, he partnered with clients in the Automotive/OEM, Energy & Utilities, Engineered Products, Oil & Gas, and Chemical/Process Industries.

Phil received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated cum laude. He is currently enrolled in the Evening M.B.A. Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
